This judgment came as some universities were providing b tech in distance education mode whereas it is a practical subject. Due to this, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indiatoday.in\/education-today\/featurephilia\/story\/80-engineers-are-unemployed-how-can-we-prepare-engineers-for-the-jobs-of-tomorrow-1468240-2019-03-01\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">80% engineers were getting unemployed<\/a><\/strong> as they do not have the requisite skills and knowledge to implement in real world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AICTE and UGC clearly confirmed that <a href=\"https:\/\/btecheve.lingayasvidyapeeth.edu.in\/is-b-tech-distance-education-valid.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">B Tech Distance is not a valid course<\/a><\/strong>. Universities of India are not approved to run such courses in their college academics. The Supreme court ordered that without AICTE approval, no university can run b tech courses. Although, there are many universities in India which are fooling students on the name of Engineering education.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s really high time for students of India to understand the difference between expectation vs. reality. Yes, The reality of <strong>b tech distance education courses<\/strong> is totally the opposite. It\u2019s a scam on the name of education.
