B.Tech for Working Professionals is a 3-year program in lateral entry mode because candidates are directly promoted to the 2nd year of the program due to their qualification and working experience.
The salary of an Electrical Engineer depends on the skills of the candidates and the role offered by companies. Generally, the annual package offered to graduates is INR 4 lakhs to 8 lakhs which is higher than the diploma holders.
